Main Street Commons
Edmonds, WA // 2024
Main Street Commons was built to be a refuge from urban distractions where people can relax in an outdoor serene setting. Listen to live music, explore Artist Alley and discover six new exciting additions to the downtown Edmonds family of businesses.

Kubota Gardens
Seattle, WA // 2023
This $1.1 million project installed a permanent restroom at the Kubota Gardens. The project included two gender neutral restrooms and a storage room. The design of the structure, including the roofing and stucco finish, echoes the ornamental wall surrounding the main entry gate.

Gene Coulon Park North Water Walk Improvements
Renton, WA // 2023
The City of Renton reviewed the existing walk and bridge, and confirmed it was time for a new structure. The new steel trestle will utilize special decking to improve conditions for fish below and offer visitors a new way to take in the scenery. The project included critical repairs and upgrades to the north water walk.

Alki 57th Comfort Station
Seattle, WA // 2021
This $638,000 project will provide three new all gender restroom facilities, each with individual access and the structure will be designed to meet standards of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). This comfort station also has security features like automatic locking doors and will stay open through the winter to provide beachgoers with easy access to a public facilities.

Kent YMCA
Kent, WA // 2019
This two story, 50,000 square foot building houses an aquatic center, gym, three group fitness rooms, cardio and free-weight fitness floor, childcare and adventure zone areas, as well as a kitchen and administrative areas.
