UW Behavioral Health Teaching Facility
Seattle, WA // Ongoing
This $244 million project will create a six story, one-of-a-kind fully integrated welcoming and healing environment for individuals with physical and behavioral health problems.
Hazen High School Pool Modernization
Renton, WA // 2024
This $9 million project has extended the pool life by 20-25 years with installation of new pool mechanical systems, HVAC, expanded diving well, new lining, and membrane waterproofing. All of the other areas including locker rooms, bathrooms, laundry, storage, entryways and hallways, and staff areas were completely refurbished.
Van Asselt School Addition Project
Seattle, WA // 2023
This $44 million project was a complex renovation of the original 1909 building to both maintain the historic character and construction a new addition that will help the school support a modern classroom. This project was sustainably built using mass timber.
Olympic Middle School Reconstruction
Auburn, WA // 2020
This $53.7 million project involved construction of a new, two-story, 105,000-square-foot middle school.
Highline College B-26 Renovation – Health and Life Sciences Building
Des Moines, WA // 2019
This $30 million project involved a comprehensive interior remodel, a new addition, and site improvements to the existing concrete masonry structure.
