Pier 66
Seattle, WA // 2017
The Pier 66 project was a $30 million renovation from a 49,900-square-foot museum, retail, and marine-related office to an expansion of the Port of Seattle’s Pier 66 passenger terminal.
Service Tunnel Renewal Project
SeaTac, WA // 2020
This project involved updating the earthquake performance of the service tunnel which runs below the arrivals drive up to SeaTac airport.
Airport Dining & Retail Infrastructural Modifications
SeaTac, WA // Ongoing
This $11 million project involves providing two new air handling units and ductwork to the new Airport Dining and Retail restaurant spaces on the north and mezzanine levels of the Central Terminal.
Interim Westside Fire Station
SeaTac, WA // Ongoing
This $5.5 million project involves construction of a new full functional shelter for the Fire Department’s Aircraft Rescue Fighting (ARFF) trucks and equipment, and the necessary living quarters to accommodate four (4) shifts of five (5) fire fighters each shift.
Safedock Upgrade & Expansion
SeaTac, WA // Ongoing
This $29 million project involves upgrading and expanding the current Safedock systems at SeaTac Airport.
