PACCAR Hall is one of two state-of-the-art buildings developed as part of an expanded campus for the University of Washington, Michael G. Foster School of Business. Situated in the north central area of the Seattle campus, the $95 million, 135,000-square-foot building offers a combination of U-shaped tiered classrooms, meeting spaces, a 250-seat auditorium, student breakout rooms, faculty offices, a soaring atrium with a café, and a boardroom.

ORA’s testing and inspection scope of work included the following items:
  • Reinforced concrete
  • Base plate grout
  • Curtain wall fabrication and erection
  • Reinforced masonry
  • Lateral framing (cold-formed steel)
  • Proprietary anchors
  • Fireproofing
  • Structural steel fabrication and erection
  • Steel stair erection
  • Steel seismic resistance system
  • Slab moisture and pH testing
  • Floor flatness testing
