Location: Enumclaw, Washington
This project involved the expansion of the existing Enumclaw Wastewater Treatment Facility in order to meet environmental standards and accommodate future population growth. At an estimated cost of $26 million, the treatment plant expansion is the most expensive project in City of Enumclaw history.
ORA was engaged to provide geotechnical services, as well as testing and inspection of the following items:
- Soils compaction
- Asphalt paving
- Reinforcing steel
- Reinforced concrete
- Grout
- Reinforced masonry
- Pachometer (locating services)
