Savery Hall Renovation

Location: Seattle, Washington

This project is a renovation of an existing historically-significant 102,000-square-foot classroom and office building constructed on the University of Washington campus in 1917. The project is a full exterior restoration and a complete redesign of the interior spaces. Approximately 14,600 assignable square feet of space in the restored Savery Hall is dedicated to general assignment classrooms. The new classrooms meet current standards for modern technology-enhanced learning spaces. Classrooms include four seminar rooms (ranging in size from 10 to 25 seats), nine small-size classrooms (ranging in size from 25 to 30 seats), five medium-size classrooms (ranging in size from 35 to 40 seats), and an 80-seat auditorium and a 200-seat auditorium. The estimated construction cost is $61.5 million.

Morrison Hotel Alteration

Location: Seattle, Washington

This estimated $21 million project involved substantial renovation, historic preservation, and seismic upgrade of an existing mixed-use building constructed in 1908.

Pantages Theater Lobby & Restrooms Remodel

Location: Tacoma, Washington

This project consisted of alterations to the lobby and restroom areas on the lobby, balcony, and upper balcony levels of the historic 1916 theater building.

Furuya-Corgiat Alteration and Seismic Upgrade

Location: Seattle, Washington

This estimated $18 million project involved a substantial alteration and seismic upgrade to combine the historic Furuya and Corgiat Buildings (originally constructed in 1900) into one single building for future office, retail, and restaurant use. Work included seismic upgrade, new mechanical and electrical systems, new restroom and circulation core. Two stories were added to the existing three-story Furuya Building, replicating the two stories removed during the 1940’s.

Youngstown Cultural Arts Center

Location: Seattle, Washington

This estimated $12 million project involved the renovation of the 65,000-square-foot, three-story Historic Cooper School originally constructed in 1917 for live/work artist studios, a theater, a movement studio, shop space, and offices.
